My Persnickety Weight Loss Plan, Day 7

OK.
Don’t beat myself up.
I had a stressful evening (will not go into that), and I ended up eating TWO big helpings of potato chips!!!
Never again!
I wrote this on my short term goals:
Don’t let people stress me out so that I eat things that I shouldn’t or that I eat bigger portions!
Now that it’s done, don’t dwell on it.
Move forward.
Learn from it.
